Responsibilities
Utilize Workday’s set of technical tools such as enterprise interface builder (EIBs), Connectors, Orchestrate for Integrations, and Workday Studio to build inbound and outbound integrations.
- Utilize Workday’s reporting tools to build simple and complex reports.
- Design Workday dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets to effectively share information.
- Serve as knowledge expert in Workday’s object model, data sets, integration types and reporting tools, including BIRT and PRISM Analytics
- Lead or participate in functional and technical design sessions for the development, implementation, configuration and testing of Workday integrations and reports.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration and reporting solutions. Providing easy to understand diagrams.
- Provide input and communicate the technical impacts of associated configuration decisions.
- Proactively, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and reporting issues in a timely manner.
- Develop Extend applications.
- Provide education and assist with training team members and stakeholders and end-users regarding integration processes.
- Stay informed about Workday updates and new features related to security and manage the implementation of necessary changes or improvements.
- Communicate and work directly with vendors and internal teams to gather integration and reporting requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Maintains confidentiality about information being processed, stored or accessed.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
